Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Location: Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania
Position Type: Full time, 35 hrs/wk

Job Description:
Join our dedicated team in Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026 extended school year! We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to provide behavioral support and intervention services to students in our district.

Details:

Start/End Date: August 17, 2026 - June 10, 2027
Full time: 37.5 hrs/wk
Caseload/Duties: Candidate will work with gen ed and sped at all three sites within the district
Further details specified during interview

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting school teams across district
Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and provide direct services
Emotional support classrooms, conduct FBAs, develop behavior plans, participate in IEPs
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support positive behavioral outcomes and foster a supportive learning environment.
Onsite

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred.
