About Us Sycamore Springs Health is a behavioral health hospital dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence‑based care for individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. Through a patient‑centered approach, our multidisciplinary team delivers inpatient and outpatient services designed to promote healing, recovery, and long‑term wellness in a safe and supportive environment. How You'll Contribute Assist patients with performing activities of daily living Provide or assist with providing patient care, diagnostic procedures, and therapeutic interventions Observe and record patient behavior and activities Report on changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff Suggest modifications to treatment plan as needed Qualifications And Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum of 1 year of behavioral health experience preferred Must be a minimum of 21 years of age BLS Certification CNA license preferred Why Join Us?
