Desired Qualifications:

• Current Ohio SLP licensure and ODE certification required
• CCC or CFY considered
• Clinical background in pediatric speech-language pathology, with school-based experience preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Ability to travel between school sites and adapt to varied caseloads and environments
• Excellent communication with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language services to students from PreK through 12th grade
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Serve as a consultative resource for teachers and support staff
• Maintain accurate progress records and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
• Collaborate with families to encourage carryover and ongoing support at home
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, contributing expertise to best support student outcomes
