Recovery-Oriented Social Worker (PROS Specialist)

Welllife Network Inc

WellLife Network in Great Neck, NY is seeking a dedicated PROS clinician to provide recovery oriented services, including individual and group counseling, and care coordination for program participants. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized recovery plans, and maintain progress documentation while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
