• Shift: 24-hour shifts at Level III units; Day/Night shifts at Level IV unit (10, 12, 16-hour options)

• License/Certifications: Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (No other NP certifications accepted)
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years as NNP, NOT accepting new graduates or locum candidates

What You'll Do

• Provide neonatology care for high-acuity patients in a Level III/IV NICU setting
• Collaborate with highly skilled physicians and healthcare teams
• Cover comprehensive neonatal assessments, procedures, and care planning
• Participate in rotating shifts across multiple hospitals within a 20-30 minute drive
• Support and educate families of neonates with various medical conditions
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

What You Need

• Current Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license
• Minimum 2 years' NICU experiencehigh acuity experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal assessment, stabilization, and procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
