Epic Analyst Certification Required, this full-time remote position involves analyzing workflows, recommending solutions, and implementing application solutions for Epic software to meet departmental needs. Key Responsibilities Perform in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues related to Epic software Develop and document project team procedures for system changes and enhancements Provide end user support during implementation and assist in application roll-out Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or related field Two years of Epic or integrated EMR experience Epic Module Certification as required by the position In lieu of the above, an Associate degree with four years of related IT experience or a High School Diploma with seven years of related IT experience may be considered One year of Epic build and/or support experience may be considered in lieu of educational and experience requirements
