Salary Range: $275,000.00 - $300,000.00
We are in search of a Medical Director for a community health center in Tennessee, emphasizing a strong focus on HIV care.
What Makes This Position Unique:
- Exclusively outpatient HIV primary care
- Leadership role with a mix of 70% administrative and 30% clinical duties
- No on-call responsibilities
- Manage a low patient load: 7–8 patients daily
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Last appointment at 3:30 PM
- Guide and work alongside a committed team consisting of 1 MD and 5 APPs
- Leadership model involves travel across various locations in Tennessee , with a primary site of operation
Our organization provides comprehensive, holistic HIV care that addresses medical, behavioral health, pharmacy, and social support needs. Our services include:
- HIV testing, treatment, and prevention
- Full-service, in-house pharmacy
- Mental health, housing, food, and transportation assistance
- Extensive harm-reduction programs (syringe services, naloxone distribution, fentanyl test strips)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $275,000–$300,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Sign-on bonus: Negotiable
- Relocation support: Up to $10,000
- W-2 employment status

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Infectious Disease
- Experience in caring for individuals living with HIV
- Strong understanding of ART, PrEP, and PEP
- Proven leadership experience and a desire for a long-term commitment
- H-1B visa sponsorship available (no J-1 support)
