Senior Field Service Technician

CarpenterAt Mr. Handyman, we're an independently owned, local franchise, looking for highly-skilled craftsman who can "do it all" while taking excellent care of our customers.Your Responsibilities as a Handyman ProfessionalCreate, present, and sell project estimates.Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and drywall repair.Diagnose issues and develop effective solutions to address customer needs.Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide updates on the status of projects.Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times.Assist with inventory management and procurement of materials as needed.Collaborate with team members and management to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations.QualificationsProven experience as a handyman or in a similar role, with proficiency in various trades and repair techniques.Proficiency in creating and presenting job estimates.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.Own your own professional grade tools for a large variety of jobs.Licensed and insurable for driving our vehicle.Able to lift 50 pounds independently.Able to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods of time.Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicleBenefits & PayThe pay range for this position is $50,000 to $79,000 annually and is dependent on your experience as a professional handyman.Additional Benefits:Company provided vehicle (gas/insurance/maintenance)Company provided uniforms401K with company matchSupplemental insurancesPaid vacation and holidaysMonday – Friday dayshift schedule (No Weekends)Still with us?
