Pain Management Nurse Practitioner

Well-respected Muscular Skeletal Center seeks a fulltime experienced Nurse Practitioner to work directly with a PM&R Doctor with an Interventional Pain Fellowship. This position is all clinic outpatient based. Cases are approximately 60% spine and 40% general. The group has their own MRI and Physical Therapy Center. This is a state-of-the-art facility with EMR and Digital X-ray. The new candidate needs to be a self-starter that can hit the ground running! This position is Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm) with no weekends or evenings.

Responsibilities include:
- Office/Clinic new patient evaluations and follow-up
- Pain management
- Injections (trigger point and cortisone)
- Will run a clinic
- Medication management
- Writing scripts
- Patient education
- Order and evaluate X-ray, CT scan and MRI

The location is in the Prescott Valley, Arizona area. The Nurse Practitioner will enjoy year-round outdoor living, solid schools and access to all the amenities of Phoenix.

Compensation: Salary depends on experience, plus a bonus. Excellent benefits package!
