HVAC Sales Representative (No Cold Calling | Pre-Set Appointments)

$125K–$350K+ OTE | Company Vehicle | Pre-Booked Leads Who We Are

We provide plumbing, electrical, and HVAC services to homeowners and are continuing to grow rapidly. That growth means real opportunity for high performers .

The Opportunity

If you're a closer who thrives in a face-to-face sales environment , this role is built for you.

No cold calling
No door knocking
100% pre-set, company-provided appointments

Our inside team handles the scheduling — you focus on closing deals and making money .

You'll meet homeowners who already need help and guide them toward the right HVAC solution.

What You'll Do

Meet with homeowners across the Denver metro (pre-set appointments)
Build trust quickly and identify customer needs
Present and sell HVAC systems and solutions
Explain financing options and close the deal
Complete accurate job documentation for installation teams

Compensation & Benefits

$125,000 – $350,000+ OTE (uncapped commission)
Paid training to get you ramped fast

What We're Looking For

Proven B2C sales experience (in-home sales preferred)
Strong closing ability in a short sales cycle
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to pass background and drug screening

Schedule

5 days per week with rotating weekends
Evening/weekend availability based on customer demand
On-call as needed
