Travel Stipend included with job offer./ppPosition Summary:/ppAs a Tour Bus Driver, you will transport cruise guests and non-cruise guests to various locations at Icy Strait Point. You will get to ensure guests are transported to different locations based on the tour and scheduling./ppEssential Duties Responsibilities:/pulliConduct all activities and decisions according to Icy Strait Points guiding principles: BAP: Best, Authentic, Profitable/liliProvide excellent customer service to all IPS guests/liliProvide guests with general information about ISP/liliParticipate in all required trainings/liliPromote other ISP venues, distribute ISP literature and/or sell ISP merchandise/liliWork as greeters to welcome guests and conduct guest orientations/liliTake tickets, and load passengers/liliAssist within programs wherever needed/liliDaily fueling and cleaning of vehicles as assigned/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliAdequate knowledge or willingness to learn about Tlingit culture/liliValid Class A or B CDL Drivers license with Passenger endorsement and no air brake restriction/liliCurrent DOT Medical Certificate/liliMust have good customer service skills and the ability to communicate with ISP guests and others in a professional, friendly, and accurate manner./liliThe Driver must be able to learn, retain and relay general ISP information./liliCurrent First Aid and CPR certification is preferred./li/ulpPhysical Requirements Work Environment:/pulliAble to sit for extended periods/liliComfortable traveling by small plane or ferry to and from a remote setting/liliAble to walk and drive on gravel roads in inclement weather when on site./li/ulpWhy Work with Us?
