Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Exciting opportunities are available for two passionate Speech-Language Pathologists seeking full-time roles for the 2026-2027 academic year near Englewood, FL. This contract position offers the chance to make a direct impact on students by providing essential speech and language services in a school-based setting. Both experienced clinicians (CCC) and Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply—travel professionals are also welcome! Candidates must be available for on-site work; remote options are not available at this time.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Florida SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Strong knowledge of IEP process and school-based speech services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to supporting diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions to students with various needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to optimize student progress
• Maintain accurate records, participate in IEP meetings, and provide progress reports
• Support social, academic, and functional communication for students
