Lakeview Assisted Living of Heron Lake is currently accepting applications for full-time Morning Home Health Aide and Part time Overnight Home Health Aide. We do provide on the job training to the right person. We are looking to friendly energetic team members and very self motivated!! The perfect candidates will be able to fulfill the core values of Dignity, Integrity, Professionalism, Humor, and Passion. This position is responsible for performing services to the facility and residents as necessary to maintain the comfort and cleanliness of our residents. Duties include a combination of, but are not limited to:

• Making beds, replenishing linens, laundry, cleaning rooms and halls, vacuuming, garbage removal
• Assisting with bathing, hair and skin care, oral hygiene/denture care, dressing
• Assisting with Ambulation, transfers, and exercises
• Administers medications and treatments under the direction of the RN
• Respond and attend to the requests of the residents in a timely and friendly manner
• Maintains and protects confidentiality
• Able to lift, push and pull required load (usually about 50 lbs.)

Day shift HHA is 6am-2pm Evening shift HHA is 2pm-10pm Overnight shift HHA is 10pm to 6am Applicants must be prepared to work every third weekend as well as some holidays.
