Housing Visions Unlimited Inc in Lockport, NY is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent for a full-time, on-site role at our 95 Locust St. office. Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:00 am–4:30 pm, Friday 7:00 am–11:00 am. You will manage maintenance and upkeep of the property, ensure a safe and organized work environment, order materials, and diagnose/repair building systems including HVAC, electrical, septic, fixtures and appliances. #J-18808-Ljbffr
