Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding school-based opportunity delivering speech-language services within a vibrant TK-12 district! You’ll work exclusively onsite with students across two welcoming campuses, supporting learners from TK to 5th grade at the elementary level and 9th to 12th graders at the high school. This energetic district serves approximately 3,650 students, encouraging a diverse and collaborative atmosphere where your expertise will make a true difference.

As a valued contract professional, you’ll work a full schedule of 37.5 hours per week, engaging with a caseload of up to 60 students. Disabilities range from general education to moderate/severe, offering a meaningful variety in clinical experiences and the chance to shape communication success at every step of each student’s academic journey. You’ll join a supportive environment, working closely with fellow educators and multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans.

What you’ll bring:

• Speech-Language Pathology license for the state of California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
• Experience within school settings and/or diverse student populations preferred
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Organizational skills to manage a dynamic caseload
• Passion for helping students achieve their full potential

What you’ll do:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy and intervention for TK-5th and 9th-12th grade students
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations as mandated
• Develop IEP goals and participate in meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals
• Document student progress and maintain all necessary records
• Adapt therapy methods to meet a range of abilities and needs
