Service Advisor

Our service department team is critically important to keeping our clients happy and our vehicles moving. Jimmy Britt Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team and help deliver a smooth, professional experience for every guest who visits our service department. In this role, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and technicians, helping explain service needs, coordinate repairs, and keep customers informed from drop-off to delivery.
