What You'll Do

As a Handyman Helper, you'll assist Lead Craftsmen on residential and light commercial jobs:

• Support repairs and maintenance across trades: Carpentry, Drywall & painting, Basic plumbing & electrical, Tile and general home repairs
• Prepare job sites and maintain clean work areas
• Learn tools, materials, and best practices
• Interact with customers professionally and respectfully
• Help identify additional service opportunities
• Maintain and organize tools, vehicles, and workspace

What We're Looking For

This is an entry-level role—attitude matters more than experience.

• ~ 1 year of hands-on experience (construction, landscaping, maintenance, etc.)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to communicate well with customers
• Willingness to learn multiple trades
• Valid driver's license + good driving record
• Ability to lift, carry, and work outdoors when needed

Compensation & Upside

• $20/hour starting pay
• $15 trip bonus per job
