Certified Medical Assistant
Case Management
Job TitleResponsibilities: Perform all aspects of laboratory specimen collection, review, posting, and dissemination. Maintain appropriate supplies inventory for all laboratory procedures. Manage monthly patient lists for medical testing and follow-up testing. Check patients' vital signs and perform health assessments, TB skin tests and collect blood samples. Enter vitals in Clinic Database. Document medical information in the patient's medical file. Maintain the cleanliness of the lab and follow all universe safety precautions. Complete reminder/no-show calls to patients. Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.Qualifications: 0-2 years of experience. Must hold a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist certification in the State where the treatment center is located. Blood collecting experience preferred.
