Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist with strong experience in a level 1 trauma hospital. This position involves performing MRI scans using Siemens 1.5T or 3T machines (models Aera, Sola, Skyra, or Vida), ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.

Responsibilities

• Conducting MRI procedures according to protocol and ensuring high-quality imaging results.
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring adherence to safety and infection control standards.
• Promoting patient comfort and understanding by explaining procedures and answering questions.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years experience working in a level 1 trauma hospital.
• Experience with Siemens 1.5T or 3T MRI systems (Aera, Sola, Skyra, or Vida).
• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology.
• Current ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification required.
• BLS certification (AHA) required.
