Our Founders Ridge community is seeking Servers (Dietary Aides / Dining Aides / Culinary Assistants) to join our team. Founder's Ridge is a small close-knit community of residents and employees, surrounded by the quiet West Bloomington neighborhood, close to highways 169, 494 and 35W.

Schedule: Looking for someone to work Monday-Friday 10:00am-3:00PM

Responsibilities

The Server / Dietary Aide is responsible for creating a high quality dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Pay Range

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $19.09 - $20.59 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS's typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee's qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
