What You’ll Be Doing Leading and supervising painting & pressure washing crews on commercial and industrial projects Planning daily work, setting crew expectations, and keeping jobs moving Overseeing surface prep, painting, coatings, and pressure washing Stepping in hands‑on when needed to support the crew or solve problems Communicating daily with Superintendents and customers Managing tools, materials, and equipment usage Leading weekly toolbox talks and enforcing the Job Site Safety Plan (JSSP) Who We’re Looking For Prior Foreman or Lead experience in commercial painting or construction Strong leadership — crews respect you because you know the work Comfortable being both leader and doer when the job demands it Organized, reliable, and safety‑minded Clear communicator who keeps jobs on track Why Work at HCC?
