Your Tasks:

• Anwendersupport for our financial accounting software. You support our customers with technical and professional questions about the financial accounting solution Diamant/4 by phone, email or via the ticket system.
• Problem analysis & solution finding. You analyze incoming support cases, prepare solutions clearly and accompany our users until successful implementation.
• Training & knowledge transfer. You conduct practical training, convey professional content clearly and support customers in using the software optimally.
• Participation in updates & introduction of new functions. You accompany customers in smaller implementation steps, configurations or function adaptations.

You Bring:

• You are a financial or management accountant or have a commercial or business economic background.
• You have knowledge or experience with the Diamant finance accounting system.
• You enjoy sharing knowledge and accompanying users through professional questions.
• You like working with modern software solutions and have an interest in digital processes.
• Very good German language skills in speech and writing are a matter of course for you.
• You bring team skills, a positive attitude and also humor we also laugh here.
• Cross-entrants from adjacent areas are welcome.
