This Paralegal will provide comprehensive litigation support to attorneys handling family law matters from case inception through resolution. Responsibilities include managing court deadlines and calendars, preparing and filing pleadings and legal documents, coordinating attorney deliverables, assisting with discovery, reviewing financial records, bates stamping documents, and preparing case-related financial tracking materials and marital balance sheets. The paralegal will serve as a critical organizational resource for attorneys by ensuring deadlines are met, court requirements are followed, and client matters remain on track. This individual will regularly interact with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel while balancing multiple active cases in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail, ownership of responsibilities, and advanced organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
