Occasional in-office presence is required, so candidates must be local to Miramar, FL and be authorized to work in the US.

$125,000 - $225,000 yearly

• Guide homeowners through the entire selling process, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction from consultation to closing.
• Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to position properties competitively in the market.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling property listings that attract potential buyers.
• Conduct thorough market analyses to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on property values.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication.
• Coordinate and host open houses and property showings to showcase listings to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers with buyers' agents to achieve favorable outcomes for clients' listings.

• Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on listing properties, is preferred but not required.
• Ability to guide homeowners through the selling process, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction from start to finish.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective pricing strategies to position properties competitively.
• Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with our marketing team and create compelling property listings.
• Ability to conduct thorough market analyses and provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information on property values.
• Excellent relationship-building skills to foster trust and open communication with clients.
• Experience in coordinating and hosting open houses and property showings to attract potential buyers is a plus, but not mandatory.
