POSITION OBJECTIVES Process orders in the ERP system for a specified sales area. Provide internal and external customers with requested information and documentation. Build productive, collaborative relationships through effective communication. Manage complaints and requests, providing solutions within the expected timeframe and ensuring resolution. Process orders for consignment inventory at hospital and distributor locations. Understand account characteristics to support efficient order processing. QUALIFICATIONS Committed to consistently delivering accurate and efficient information. Team player ready to meet department and company goals. Minimum of one year of relevant work experience. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Experience providing customer service in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft applications. Experience with SAP, medical records, or related products is a plus. WORK CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS Regular written and verbal communication skills, including active listening. Worksite: Westminster, Colorado. Occasional prolonged sitting and occasional standing. Regular use of office equipment such as telephone and computer. Moderate to minimal supervision; relies on experience and judgment. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS No travel required. BENEFITS / COMPENSATION Medical, dental, group life insurance, 401(k) matching, long‑term disability, target bonus, paid time off. Hourly wage: $28.84 – $39.42 with up to 8% annual bonus.
