As a Woodshop Production Associate, you'll help manufacture, prepare, and stage the custom components our Installers rely on every day. Why You’ll Love This Opportunity Start at $22.00 per hour Monday-Friday schedule — 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM No weekends Stable, year-round employment Paid, hands-on training, including forklift certification No woodshop or manufacturing experience required Opportunities to learn new skills and grow with the company What You’ll Do Help manufacture and prepare custom components for upcoming installations Operate shop equipment as assigned and trained Load, unload, organize, and move materials throughout the shop Prepare and stage completed jobs for our Installation team Assist with shipping, receiving, and material handling Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work as part of a team to deliver quality products on time Depending on production needs, you may become highly skilled in one area of the shop or have opportunities to learn multiple areas over time.
