A highly respected global professional services organization is seeking a Legal Billing Coordinator to join its growing Revenue Operations team. This position will support billing activities for a sophisticated client portfolio and partner closely with attorneys, finance professionals, and revenue operations staff to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full client billing process from proforma review through final invoice delivery
  
  
• Create, edit, and finalize invoices in accordance with client requirements and internal guidelines
  
  
• Review and analyze billing requests, making revisions and adjustments as needed
  
  
• Support electronic billing submissions and assist in resolving billing rejections or reductions
  
  
• Generate and review billing reports and proformas for attorneys and business partners
  
  
• Research billing issues and provide exceptional internal and external customer support
  
  
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate revenue reporting and billing compliance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of billing, revenue operations, accounting, finance, legal administration, or related experience
  
  
• Prior legal billing experience strongly preferred
  
  
• Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable
  
  
• Familiarity with electronic billing processes and client invoicing requirements
  
  
• Experience with Elite 3E or similar billing/financial systems preferred
  
  
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
  
  
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
