About the Position

Job Opportunity – Charge RN, Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) – Kansas

Start Date: September 28, 2026
Location: Wichita, Kansas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day shift, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM; On-call consists of 1 weeknight per week and 1 weekend per month

Highlights:

• State-of-the-art cardiovascular operating room with 2 heart rooms and a potential 3rd room
• Perform advanced procedures including CABG, AVR, MVR, and TAVR
• Collaborative team environment with 4 RNs and 3 CSTs on day shift
• 1:1 patient ratios ensuring focused, high-quality care
• EMR system: Meditech / CPN
• Exciting opportunity with ECMO program restarting

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of current hospital CVOR RN experience required
• Charge CVOR RN experience required
• Active Kansas RN licensure
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• PALS certification preferred
• Open heart and cardiovascular experience preferred
• Prior Meditech experience preferred
