Compensation: $40,000–$60,000 per year + performance-based bonuses

MUST LIVE IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE! (Nashville and surroundings areas)

TN Quality Roofing & Siding is looking for a creative, results-driven  Digital Marketing Manager to lead and grow our digital marketing presence throughout Middle Tennessee. This is not simply a social media posting position. We are looking for someone who can combine  content creation, social media, SEO, digital marketing, and lead-generation strategy to increase brand visibility and ultimately generate measurable business opportunities.

The ideal candidate understands how to turn marketing activity into real results: increased website traffic, stronger local search visibility, greater social engagement, qualified leads, booked inspections, and new customers.

This is a  hybrid position and does not require being in the office every day. The role may be structured as  full-time or part-time depending on the experience and capabilities of the right candidate.

Responsibilities may include:

• Manage and grow the company's social media presence across relevant platforms
• Develop and maintain a consistent social media and content calendar
• Create engaging posts, project highlights, before-and-after content, customer stories, educational content, and promotional campaigns
• Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, brand awareness, and inbound leads
• Manage and improve local SEO and organic search visibility
• Optimize website content for relevant roofing, siding, storm restoration, and home improvement searches
• Help improve Google Business Profile visibility and local search performance
• Identify opportunities to improve website traffic and conversion rates
• Develop digital marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified homeowner leads
• Assist with or manage paid digital advertising campaigns when appropriate
• Create landing pages, offers, calls-to-action, and campaigns designed around measurable lead generation
• Track where leads are coming from and evaluate marketing ROI
• Monitor website traffic, rankings, engagement, conversions, and other important marketing KPIs
• Produce regular reporting showing marketing activity and results
• Research competitors, local market trends, search behavior, and new marketing opportunities
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across digital platforms
• Work with company leadership and the sales team to develop campaigns around current business priorities
• Capture and organize content from completed projects, crews, customers, company events, and the local community
• Continuously test new ideas and improve campaigns based on actual results

Photography and/or videography experience is a strong plus.

We would especially value someone who can visit job sites or company events as needed to capture:

• Before-and-after project photos
• Roofing and exterior renovation projects
• Short-form social media videos
• Customer testimonials
• Employee and company culture content
• Educational videos
• Drone footage, if experienced and properly qualified
• Content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms

***Experience editing photos and videos for social media and advertising is highly desirable.***

We are looking for someone who is both  creative and analytical . The right person should be comfortable creating compelling content while also understanding that successful marketing needs to produce measurable business results.

• Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools
• Photography and videography
• Video editing
• Marketing automation or CRM systems
• Home services, construction, roofing, remodeling, or other local service businesses

Previous roofing or construction experience is helpful but not required. Strong marketing ability and the ability to learn our industry are more important.

Compensation:

$40,000–$60,000 per year , depending on experience, capabilities, schedule, and overall scope of responsibility. The position also includes the opportunity to earn  performance-based bonuses tied to measurable results and value created for the company. We are intentionally looking for someone who can create measurable value. As the results and impact of the position grow, there is an opportunity for compensation and responsibility to grow as well.
