The Torrence Agency – Allstate is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Professional to join our winning team in Clinton, MS!

We’re looking for someone who is naturally competitive, ambitious, and goal-oriented—someone who enjoys setting targets, pushing themselves to improve, and winning. You will help customers protect what matters most by assisting them with their Auto, Home, Life, Business and other insurance needs while developing long-term customer relationships. This position has unlimited earning potential. Entry level candidates can expect to earn $50,000+ in their first year. Experience candidates can expect to earn $60,000+ in their first year.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Professional, you will:

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Help prospective clients understand their insurance options and find the coverage that makes sense for their lives.
• Manage incoming inquiries and proactively reach out to help families and business owners protect what matters most.
• Prepare clear, accurate quotes and walk clients through the fine print to ensure they feel confident in their decisions.
• Collaborate with the rest of our office staff to provide seamless support to our existing policyholders.
