SUMMARY :

Large textile manufacturing company located in Cartersville, GA is seeking a Direct Hire Customer Service Professional. Pay 50k annually. Hours are Mon- Fri 8am to 5pm. Need to have MSOffice skills and SAP experience. 3 years of previous CS within a manufacturing environment is preferred.

OVERALL GOALS

Provide exceptional customer service & supports the sales team.

Maintain professionalism while handling customer service duties.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all procedures and systems involved with customer service.

Maintain people and business skills to work as a team to build solid working relationships.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Correspond with customers, sales, production, quality and other necessary departments to obtain orders, answer questions and resolve issues.

Process orders from entry to shipment

Answer inquiries from both internal and external parties.

Maintain sales and customer service reports and files.

Assist Sales Team as necessary.

Assist in other duties and projects as assigned.

Take functional guidance from the Sales Coordinator.

Be Aware of Aquafil’s Recycling Guidelines and Environmental Management Systems Policy (see supervisors if further explanation is needed).

Regular office hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Ability to calculate figures and amounts, add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education strongly preferred.

1-3 years’ experience working in a business setting, preferably in Sales or Customer Service.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software: E-mail, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

SAP or AS400 experience highly preferred
