Key Responsibilities Demonstrate knowledge of the markets and the ability and inclination to develop a robust approach to an execution strategy. Analyze market flows and current themes to generate alpha. Participate in the design and formation of trading systems and strategies; continuously work with team members to improve these systems. Stay current with changes in system functionality, market structure changes, and industry developments. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Very strong verbal reasoning skills. Currently trading the US Markets. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and query data. Good problem‑solving ability. Able to multi‑task and work on multiple projects at once.
