T&V Lead Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Lead Technician to support Testing & Validation operations in the oil and gas field. This is a travel-based role requiring hands-on technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and support field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with electrical rigging operations, including rig-up and rig-down processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues efficiently
• Support field operations within oil and gas environments
• Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
• Accurately track and report hours to the designated supervisor
• Collaborate with team members to maintain productivity and project timelines

Qualifications

• Experience in the oil and gas industry required
• Electrical fracking experience is a strong plus
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in field environments and travel frequently
• Comfortable working in team settings and shared accommodations
