As a Recruiter at a staffing company, you will support Operations by filling high-volume hourly roles. You will source and interview candidates, manage applicant information, and help build strong relationships throughout the recruiting process.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates for high-volume hourly roles.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for open positions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Preferred Qualifications
- MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH!
- MUST HAVE STAFFING EXPERIENCE!!
- 2+ years of recruiting experience.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems.
- Candidate sourcing and interviewing experience.
- Strong relationship management skills.
