Step into a Day Shaped by Precision

Based in Statesville, NC, you’ll start your shift where quality meets craftsmanship—on the production floor. You’ll grab your calipers and micrometers, open the latest prints, and apply GD&T to verify features and tolerances. As parts move through the process, you’ll document results, flag issues, and collaborate with production teammates to ensure every product meets our standards.

What You’ll Do

• Run routine product inspections and tests to confirm compliance with internal and customer quality standards.
• Record findings, maintain accurate quality metrics, and keep documentation current in our systems.
• Detect, report, and help disposition defects and nonconformances.
• Work closely with production to drive corrective actions and refine processes.
• Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining quality control procedures.
• Participate in internal audits and support external audit activities.
• Stay current on quality methods, standards, and best practices.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical credential in quality is a plus.
• Experience as a quality technician or in a similar quality-centric role.
• Solid grasp of quality tools, methodologies, and measurement techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
• Comfort working independently and collaborating across teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management software.
