Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Valid California registered nurse licensure uploaded within the last two weeks, with applicable certifications (American Heart Association or American Red Cross), and at least 2 years of nursing experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience in a hospital or similar healthcare setting.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role involves managing interdisciplinary support staff, overseeing patient care activities, and adhering to hospital policies and standards. Candidates must complete onboarding requirements, including labs within 3-5 days of contract signing, and provide a 7-year work history for verification.
