Commercial Roofing Foreman

C & R Roof Restoration is looking for a motivated, hands‑on Commercial Roofing Foreman to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who can lead by example, keep crews productive, maintain safety standards, and work alongside the team on active roofing projects. This is not a sit‑back supervisory role we are looking for a leader who is organized, dependable, and willing to work hands‑on in the field while helping manage daily jobsite operations. Responsibilities Lead and supervise commercial roofing crews on job sites Work hands‑on with the crew during roofing and coating projects Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards Communicate with production management regarding progress and material needs Enforce OSHA and company safety procedures Conduct daily jobsite setup and cleanup Train and mentor crew members Track labor, materials, and daily production Maintain professionalism with clients and property managers Qualifications Leadership or foreman experience preferred Knowledge of roof coatings, repairs, tear-offs, and roofing systems Ability to read work orders and project scopes Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions OSHA certification is a plus Paid time off (PTO) If you are dependable, motivated, and ready to help lead a growing company, we want to hear from you!
