Location Reno, Nevada – Full-time, on-site opportunity where you'll lead commercial construction projects while working closely with field and office teams. Note Applicants must have 4+ years of commercial construction project management experience . Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish is required. Job Description Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and project documentation. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams. Monitor project costs, quality, and schedule performance. Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions. Review plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders. Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field personnel. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to company quality standards. Provide leadership and direction throughout all phases of construction. Qualifications 4+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Strong understanding of all phases of commercial construction. Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to identify construction issues and implement effective solutions. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
