RN (Registered Nurse) Supervisor (8 hour Shifts) Weekend 7a-3p About the Role Harrison Pavilion Rehabilitation & Nursing Care is seeking a highly skilled RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team during part time position for 8‑hour weekend shifts. As a dedicated and compassionate nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring high‑quality, person‑centered care while supporting the nursing team and maintaining regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff in providing daily care, assessments, and documentation Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and families Ensure proper charting, medication administration procedures, and compliance Provide leadership and problem‑solving support for any clinical or staffing issues Promote teamwork, professionalism, and resident satisfaction across the weekend shift Requirements Current, active Ohio RN license Nursing degree from an accredited program Current CPR certification Minimum one year of RN experience, long‑term care preferred Skills and Qualities Strong communication, delegation, and leadership skills Sound clinical judgment and attention to detail Ability to manage priorities and maintain calm under pressure Job Type PART TIME | Weekend Shift (7a-3p) If you are a dedicated RN Supervisor with a passion for leading a high‑performing team, we encourage you to apply to this rewarding opportunity.
