Full Time Property Manager

Large Section-8 Community near Muskegon in search of a full time Property Manager to join our team.

Review/Approve Resident Applications; Maintain Wait List
Maintain Full Occupancy of Assigned Property
Preparation of legal notices (30-Day Non-Payment, 30-Day Health and Safety)
Accept Rent Payments, Process in software, and Deposit into Bank
Complete Resident Recertifications
Maintain Resident Files
Other projects and tasks, as requested

Job Qualifications:

General Knowledge of affordable housing programs
Experience with Yardi and PropertyWare preferred
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Products
General Knowledge of Compliance Requirements for affordable housing
Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Strong Leadership & Problem-Solving Skills
