Job Opportunity: OB/GYN Program Leader

Our organization is in search of a dedicated OB/GYN to spearhead our program. This role offers an exceptional lifestyle with a flexible four-day work schedule and a generous eight weeks of paid time off (PTO). You will collaborate with a supportive team that includes two Certified Nurse Midwives, experienced physicians, and a committed support staff, allowing you to concentrate on patient care.

The facility has been recently renovated, featuring two state-of-the-art birthing suites, postpartum rooms, and cutting-edge equipment, including a Da Vinci Xi robot.
Part-time positions are also available.

Compensation Details:

Base salary range: $400,000 - $450,000.
First-year compensation package exceeding $550,000, which includes a guaranteed base salary plus a production bonus.
Signing bonus of $150,000, along with $250,000 in retention bonuses or student loan repayment options.
Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), annual continuing medical education (CME) allowances, and more.
