Reasonable accommodations may be made to help enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions./ph3Essential Functions Statement(s)/h3olliEvaluate, plan, implement and document course of block procedure/liliReview patient charts for necessary signed consent forms prior to start of procedure to ensure appropriate procedures are carried out/liliPosition and prepare patients on procedure table/liliPrepare medications and supplies for use during procedure/liliResponsible for all aspects of moderate sedation during procedure: gathering of supplies, monitoring patient, and administering medications/liliKnowledge of Perioperative and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) nursing procedures to assist in these areas as needed/liliRegular and predictable attendance/liliAbility to work in a cooperative manner with others/liliPerform other duties as assigned/li/olh3Skills Abilities/h3pEducation: Graduate of accredited post-secondary school of nursing required./ppExperience: 1 year of nursing experience in Ambulatory Surgery, PACU, or Critical Care required./ppComputer Skills: Must be computer literate. Basic computer skills required./ppCertifications Licenses: Current TN Registered Nurse License or current Multistate Nurse Licensure Compact required. BLS and ACLS required.
