Resident Care CoordinatorThe Resident Care Coordinator participates in the orientation and training of staff as assigned by community leadership, and serves as a mentor and resource to team members.You will:Acts as a lead trainer/mentor for staff.Acts as on-call staff and fills in shifts when requested by the Director of Nursing.Reviews assignments with the Executive Director/Director of Nursing/Team Members.Reads staff communication records and maintains familiarity with resident records as required.Assists residents with activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.Provides resident services as indicated on the resident's assessment and service plan.
