Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Group is seeking to add a Full Time Nurse Practitioner provider with our Primary Care Team in Sparta, TN.

Join an established team of two physicians. Practice setting: Rural Health Clinic in an Outpatient setting. Access to local patients and hospital in Sparta if needed. Employed position within a nonprofit health system. M-F Full Time schedule. Prefer 3+ years of experience in PCP or Urgent Care Setting. Taking overflow patients from the current clinic as well as establishing your own patient panel.

About the Clinic: Established Rural Health Clinic in the Upper Cumberland. Serving a population of approximately 27,000 people. Integrated referral network. Part of Ascension, a national nonprofit Catholic health system.

What minimum requirements you'll need:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
