Manager for Restaurant and Lounge - experience is a must Responsibilities: Lead the adult Epilepsy Program and guide EMU development and operations. Build and oversee a high-quality seizure/epilepsy monitoring program. Partner with administration on staffing, resource requirements, and capital planning. Interpret and report EEGs (Paterson/Wayne) and supervise EEG reading panel. Lead CQI/PI initiatives and ensure timely, accurate EEG reporting. Provide education for technologists and nursing staff on EEG and monitor protocols. Review and optimize equipment, maintenance, and vendor utilization. Conduct combined adult/pediatric epilepsy conferences and case reviews. Deliver Grand Rounds and educational lectures, lead epilepsy teaching rounds. Support marketing and outreach to community and referring physicians. Attend required Neurology/Medicine meetings and complete assigned duties. The salary range for this position and final compensation package will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and prior experience. Registered Nurse (RN) - ECMO Coordinator Location: Paterson Duration: Ongoing Hours: 36 per week, 12‑hour shifts Duties and Responsibilities: Operate and maintain ECMO circuits for patients requiring long‑term pulmonary and/or cardiopulmonary support. Follow standing ECMO orders and parameters under the direction and clinical supervision of an ECMO physician. Assist the physician, perfusionist, and/or other clinical staff members with initiation of ECMO, the course and conduct of ECMO, and the conclusion of ECMO and any related therapies including circuit or component changes, priming, blood bank communications, medication administration as licensure permits, and hemofiltration. Demonstrate a culture of safety through a hand‑off of the ECMO patient covering all aspects of the patient’s care and the state of the ECMO circuit. Provide a detailed examination of the circuit to ensure its integrity, while written parameters and a plan of care are worked out during rounds. Assure continuity of the ECMO circuit as a whole, keeping it safe and secure during patient handling. Reduce the risks of circuit compromise by regular assessments. Assess blood gas values, anticoagulation parameters and other laboratory values and work within a prescribed set of parameters and guidelines to maintain the patient in an optimal state of well‑being. Monitor anticoagulation, analgesics, inotropes and other infusions are titrated, blood products are ordered and given, and the ECMO pump flow and oxygenator gas flow are adjusted as needed. Qualifications: Must possess one of the following education backgrounds, credentials and experience as an ECMO Specialist: Registered Nurse (RN) – holds either an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program and an active RN license to practice. Respiratory Therapist (RT) – holds either an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program and current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification. Perfusionist – holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Perfusion and a certification from the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion or meets other Company requirements as a Perfusionist (CCP). Demonstrates a superior working knowledge of ECMO therapy including the circuit and pump, adjustments to pump flow, sweep flow, FiDO2, anticoagulation therapy to maintain parameters within limits set by the physician, point of care testing, patient monitoring systems, and related policies and procedure guidelines. Fire Systems Install Manager Location: Paterson What You Will Do: Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of electronic fire alarm solutions – overseeing installation teams, optimising operations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Own the delivery process, develop high‑performing teams, and make a visible impact in a critical, high‑demand life safety industry. How You Will Make an Impact: Lead high‑performing installation teams – provide direction, coaching, and development for technicians, installers, and technical support staff. Deliver exceptional customer experience – partner with Sales and customers to ensure requirements are met from kickoff through warranty, building long‑term trust. Own operational execution – oversee engineering support, submittals, scheduling, labour planning, procurement, and project timelines to ensure seamless delivery. Drive financial performance – manage budgets, control costs, and ensure projects meet profitability targets while maintaining top‑tier quality. Ensure flawless installations – oversee all technical installation activities, including programming and system commissioning in compliance with codes and customer specifications. Improve productivity and performance – establish clear metrics, optimise processes, and continuously elevate team effectiveness. Build and develop talent – recruit, mentor, and retain top field talent while fostering a strong, collaborative team culture. Champion safety excellence – lead a safety‑first culture, ensuring compliance with all corporate and regulatory standards. Ensure compliance and quality – maintain adherence to all codes, regulations, and company policies while driving best‑in‑class execution. What We’re Looking For: 8+ years of experience in fire alarm operations and field leadership. Proven success managing teams, projects, and operational performance. Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and project profitability. Knowledge of fire/life safety codes and regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Preferred NICET Level III in Fire Alarm Systems. Experience in fire alarm installation leadership roles. Ability to interpret and manage construction contracts. Relevant certifications or education in Fire & Life Safety, Electrical, or related fields. Low‑Voltage licensing capability (GA/SC preferred). Salary Range: $130,000‑$165,000. Competitive Bonus plans and benefits may be included. Pit Supervisor (Track Operations) Location: Paterson Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure that all track personnel perform their assigned duties safely, effectively and professionally. Ensure that the daily attendance log is completed by all staff members. Coordinate with Assistant and General Managers regarding disciplinary and operational issues. Prepare track and karts prior to opening. Instruct new customers on proper kart usage, race flag usage, and racing safety. Maintain an orderly and speedy flow of racers through the track(s). Supervise ongoing races and enforce race policies and procedures. Respond to emergency situations as they arise. Ensure that the pit and track areas remain clean and safe. Perform specific facility cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned by management. Perform closing duties to secure the pit and track and prepare for the following day’s operation. Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Key Skills: Reasoning ability – apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Language skills – read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; speak effectively before groups of customers and respond to questions. Mathematical skills – add, subtract and manipulate two‑digit numbers. Physical Demands and Work Environment: Typical indoor environment with moderate noise levels. Tasks involve lifting weights up to 25 pounds and occasional light physical activity such as walking, bending, squatting, and standing.
