Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs and goals.

• Engage with clients in individual or group therapy sessions, utilizing appropriate therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress toward their treatment goals, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated competencies in mental health counseling practices and therapeutic modalities.
