About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Product, Practice Management to spearhead the evolution of its platform, with a focus on the core operating layer that supports the daily operations of health and wellness clinicians. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and owning the multi-year product vision and roadmap, aligning it with the company's growth objectives, and driving the development of intelligent, automated practice operations. This pivotal role requires a leader who can translate deep customer understanding into a compelling product strategy, champion the evolution of the platform, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product experiences. The VP will also be instrumental in the company's expansion into new customer segments, particularly larger and more complex group practice organizations. Applicants for the Vice President of Product, Practice Management position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. A background in healthcare, health tech, or vertical SaaS serving professional or regulated industries is strongly preferred. The role demands a systems thinker with a proven track record in driving product-led growth, particularly in a B2B environment, and a focus on metrics such as adoption, engagement, and revenue contribution.
