DescriptionOverview: We are looking to hire a talented therapist for our Opioid Treatment program (OTP).Description/Summary: Responsible for providing clinical services to clients at Morse Clinics and delivering addiction treatment and rehabilitation services. Works under the supervision of the clinical supervisor, who evaluates case records and conducts regular conferences to assess job performance. The primary duties include maintaining HIPAA compliance, meeting client needs, serving as the primary therapist for substance abuse issues and overall wellness, documenting client interactions, organizing and leading addiction education and discussion groups, evaluating various life function areas, conducting group and individual therapy sessions, documenting all client contacts and services provided, conducting admission functions, and providing direct clinical treatment services to clients through various sessions. Additionally, the role involves meeting with clients on a regular basis, assisting clients in accessing community resources and services, and facilitating client referrals.
