Ticket Agent

Now hiring an experienced United Airlines Ticket Counter Agent to follow safety procedures and company policies, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, and provide excellent service to customers and team members. Other duties include adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, along with assist with processing returns and exchanges, maintain accurate records and documentation, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, work collaboratively across teams and departments. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
