Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer in a retail mall location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access awareness while delivering exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor foot traffic, observe for suspicious behavior, and assist with access-related issues, crowd management, and/or after-hours activity as directed by site procedures.
• Support loss prevention and other security-related operations by reporting hazards, policy violations, maintenance concerns, and/or unusual conditions encountered during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
